Hockhocking Adena Bikeway
The HockHocking Adena bikeway is a rail trail running along the Hocking River from Nelsonville to Athens. It is a very relaxing, scenic journey through nature preserves and college campuses. Along the way there are some great options to stop and enjoy lunch and a cold beverage. There is also a trailhead in Chauncey, Ohio that is near the halfway point.

Wayne National Forest / Perry State Forest

Wayne National Forest, Monday Creek Trail System offers 75 miles of trails and is open April 15-December 15.
Perry State Forest is 4600 acres in Perry County. It is a scramble area, meaning that you don’t have to stay on marked trails. So there are unlimited possibilities of fun obstacles. The riding area is on an abandoned mine which gives it its unique terrain.
While there are easier routes and many fun areas to play, it is not the best option for beginners. Most of the best riding is not on the marked trails. We do offer guided tours at Perry to help you find fun stuff at your level.

With over 70 years of dirt bike experience, we can offer lessons for beginners to get you on the trail safely, and for experienced riders who want to improve their skills. The lessons are tailored to each riders needs and the pricing varies based on the number of rentals and day of the week.
